THE EMINENT EXPERIENCE
FULL SERVICE LUXURY WEDDING PLANNING
This package is for the client that wants to relax and enjoy the wedding planning process. All you have to do is select your preference of the options offered, and the wedding planning will begin in full effect. (Meetings, details, timing, etc.). We take on the hassle so that you can enjoy the wedding planning process and focus on the fun stuff. This won’t be the last time you hear “It’s all in the details!”, its true! We will focus on the details big and small because there is so much more involved. We will consider the emotions, the thoughts, the memories, and the wishes of you and your fiancé. We’re here to aid you in staying on top of the latest trends in wedding dresses and/or tuxedo trends, we accompany you to your fittings (at your request), and even make sure your food tastes phenomenal. Every part of your process is a part worthwhile. Our team will work to support your planning timeline from the moment you wake up until your venue departure. Eminent Events will be the first on site at the venue and the last to leave every event.

Organize visitation of and advise on site selection (limited site visits before event date).

Provide Vendor recommendations, collect quotes and review contracts.

Attendance at 6 vendor meetings of your choice (Caterer, florist, DJ, etc.)

Create wedding day itinerary.

Create floor plan/ seating chart.

Co-Produce creative development of ceremony (event design).

On-going updates in wedding trends and creative ideas as needed.

Continuous correspondence

2 Hour of consultation one month before the wedding.

Attend final walk through at venue(s).

Up to 15 hours of onsite directing/ coordination for wedding, rehearsal, and reception (which includes):

Arriving early to supervise/ assist vendors in delivery and set up.

Coordinating the rehearsal, wedding ceremony, and reception.

Facilitate timing in accordance with the itinerary (formal introductions, cake cutting, etc.).

Assist in gathering gifts, personal items, clothing, and décor, etc. after the event.

THE COORDINATED BRIDE
WE ASSIST YOU IN PLANNING
This package is for the client who has already done some of the planning (timing, budget, location, etc.), but would like assistance in choosing vendors, event styling and a coordinator onsite to keep things running smoothly on the day of the wedding.
DAY OF COORDINATION

This package is for the client who is doing all of the planning but would like to enjoy their big day without worrying about the details. This package consists of wedding rehearsal and day of coordination for both the ceremony and reception.
